Dave Carr has been a builder in the metro Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Yukon areas since 1977. He has a long distinguished history with the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association serving as chairman on several committees, 1997 New Products Home Builder, and 1998 Parade of Homes Chairman.
